Acting credits include shows Mamma Mia, Sin Escape, Simply Maria and the American Dream, Ebenezer Scrooge, Songs for a New world, and many more.
Playwriting
Ella has written 10 minute, One Act, and full length plays throughout her career at Booker T. Additionally, she has written short stories, novels, and poetry her entire life. Most notably, after developing, researching, and writing a historical play, her show Judith and Artemisia was produced at the Paul Baker New Plays Festival in the spring of 2023. Following the true story of Artemesisa Gentileschi, this play tells a tale of fighting back against abuse through art.
